With a bright open floor plan featuring vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows, guests can unwind by the wood fireplace or relax on one of two decks with magnificent panorama views. Of the five bedrooms, four offer mountain views.

Of the 5 bedrooms, 4 offer stunning mountain views, and there are two decks for outdoor enjoyment.

The maximum occupancy of is 10 guests only and BBQ grill is NOT available during fall and winter.

Please make sure to follow the rule of HOA that enforce the quiet hour between 10:00pm and 800am. The property has sound decibel monitoring devices. Our neighbors are sensitive to that and you will get a citation for a fine up to $1500. Street parking is NOT allowed anywhere inside HOA.
