Everything about this home feels really Spacious, from the Large 2 Car Garage to the Huge Living Area, Large Master King Bedroom with Big Walk-In Closet, and even an Oversized Laundry Room & Expansive Wooded Backyard that runs deep without homes behind us. Enter via the Covered Walkway and Automated Front Door Lock and into the Stone Floor Mud Room. Upstairs you will be welcomed with Vaulted Natural Wood Ceilings, a Natural Wood Burning Fireplace (Wood Provided), the Living Room complete with a Smart TV that has both Cable & DVD, and the Exquisite Natural Wood Dining Table & Chairs that all flow through to the Kitchen that meets our Extensive TAP Inventory List to ensure you have all you could need to cook for Friends and Family. We even have 400 Mbps Internet!

As you make your way downstairs you will pass the Elegant Queen Bedroom with a Smart TV and shared bathroom upstairs, by the stairs. Downstairs is the Master King with En-Suite Full Bathroom, Walk-In Closet, Private Deck, and Smart TV with Cable. Down the hall is the 3rd (Queen) bedroom, 4th (Kids) Bedroom with (2) Twin/Twin Bunks + Multi-Arcade, and at the end of the hall is the laundry room and door that leads out, down, and around the house and into the forested backyard. Once you are there it's nothing but choices, at our Fun & Cozy, Bear Cub Cabin.

Each stay includes Tahoe Donner Amenity Access GUEST Cards which gain you access to Trout Creek Recreational Center (Gym / Pool / Hot Tub / Sauna / Ping Pong), and the Private East End of Donner Lake Beach. HOA Amenity Entry to Trout Creek and/or Private East End of Donner Lake is $/person/day payable onsite. One payment, and you have access to both All Day. Next to Trout Creek Rec Center is our favorite restaurant "The Lodge", and directly next to that is Z Market (Convenient Store). We are less than 5 minutes from the Tahoe Donner Downhill Ski Area, and also within Tahoe Donner is Tahoe Donner Golf Course & Driving Range, the Snow Play Area with a Tubing Hill during the Winter, the Equestrian Center, Pizza On The Hill, and an astonishing amount of Amazing Biking, Hiking, and X-Country Trails in Tahoe Donner and in the Greater Tahoe Area where there is something for everyone!
