Guest access fees apply per person, per day, and are subject to change. Children under the age of 3 are free. See the Tahoe Donner Association Amenities website for details;
Each eligible property includes 6 Tahoe Donner guest cards for amenity access. A $100 fee applies for each card not returned after checkout;
Outdoor furniture and grills may not be available November–May;
Winter travel requires snow tires and 4WD/AWD, or chains;
Full Terms & Conditions supplied upon booking and completion of signatures on the Booking Confirmation/Rental Agreement contract required for booking to be confirmed, must be signed within 24 hours of creating the reservation;
Agreement must be entered into by an Occupant of 25 years or old.

📝 Important Notice: Tahoe Donner Pools & Spas

The Trout Creek Recreation Center pools and spas will be closed for renovations beginning September 2, 2025, for approximately 3.5 months. This closure is necessary to upgrade the pool and spa mechanical systems, deck hydronics, and pool deck pavers;

During this time, the Northwoods Pool will remain open (Sept 2 – Oct 10, 11:30 AM – 5:00 PM daily, weather permitting). Tahoe Donner members and their guests will receive locals’ day/month/quarterly pass pricing discounts at the TDRPD pool with a valid Member or Resident Tenant ID card.
