Getting around is entirely stress-free thanks to the free Northstar shuttle, which provides convenient door-to-door service directly to the Village or the golf course. To ensure absolute comfort after a day of exploring, the home also features brand-new, whisper-quiet central air conditioning newly installed for the 2026 season.

The heart of the home is its spacious living area, where you can relax in perfectly crisp, climate-controlled comfort under cathedral ceilings, next to a stone-hearth gas fireplace and a large flat-screen TV. The gourmet kitchen, equipped with top-of-the-line JennAir appliances, natural stone counters, and a cozy breakfast bar, is perfect for preparing meals to enjoy around the 10-person glass dining table. Step outside onto the expansive deck to enjoy al fresco dining, or unwind with sunset views and the soothing sounds of the nearby creek.
