"När vu kom mitt i natten, trött och less, erbjöds vi ingen mat bara ett glas mousserande rödvin och fick sen ingen hjälp med väskorna. Rummet var ok men det saknas KROKAR och förvaring. Möblerna på balkongen var nära på barnstorlek, en ginjlig plastsoffa och bord. Vi hade halvpension och både frukost och middag var medelmåttig. Över lag trevlig personal, ett medelmåttligt hotell. Botten våningen låg en meter under markytan, hade vi fått ett sådant rum hade vi bytt hotell."
"Es hat mir ansich sehr gut gefallen die Umgebung war wunderschön mit Blumen umgeben es war ruhig perfekt zum entspannen nur leider hatten wir ein drei Zimmer gebucht aber als wir zu unserem Zimmer geführt wurden gab’s nur ein großes Bett.Als wir dass dem Personal gesagt haben haben sie sich aufrechtig entschuldigt sogar sehr oft dass Personal ist wirklich unglaublich freundlich weshalb wir überlegen nochmal dort hinzugehen.😀"

"First off, there was NOTHING I didnt lime about this hotel, it was all lovely from the grounds, pool.to the room and the dining areas and pools. The staff were fantastic and very friendly. All inclusive drinks were ok but its what youd expect. Food was amazing and so much choice.
A la cart restaurants we used were the greek which we felt rushed. Everything came at once before we had finished a coures. The Aisan however was amazing, a must if you have only 1 chance to book.
There is nothing in the immediate surrounding area apart from a few mini markets and resembles wasteland but that is no fault of the hotel itself, just something to be mindfull of if visiting."

"There are 3 standouts from this property - 1st is the privacy you enjoy as 1 of 3 villas in this development. 2nd is the view which is literally breath takingly beautiful perched on a hill side overlooking Tsampika beach. 3rd is the amazing host Patricia who provides great information and recommendations and responds within hours to all emails. This was very helpful in optimising our first visit to Rhodes. We were a party of 5 ranging from 22 to 64 and we all loved it. We didn't want to leave and neither will you. "
"Pictures/videos online almost seem too good to be true, but they don’t disappoint upon arrival. Great cleanliness in the rooms and a unique modern style to the rooms also. Food options were good, especially at breakfast and the hotel is located close to a beach (walking distance). For other excursions I would recommend renting a car. Would fully recommend and will be planning another trip in the near future. "
"We had a wonderful stay at Casa Cook. The loft room was perfect with a wonderful swim up pool just outside, we had the most relaxing time. It was my birthday and they gave me a complimentary cake and bottle of Prosecco which was really thoughtful. The staff were friendly and approachable and professional, I would definitely go again"
