"We stayed here for two nights and couldn’t fault the hotel for what we needed. The location was perfect for us, as we were catching a ferry to another island and it was conveniently close to the port and Rhodes Old Town. The staff were exceptional — incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Our double room with a partial sea view was perfect, spotlessly comfortable and a lovely place to relax after exploring. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve experienced in a hotel of this type, with plenty of choice and great quality. We also ate in the restaurant at lunchtime, which was reasonably priced and served good-quality food. The only downside for us was that the pool was on the smaller side and there weren’t many sunbeds. We did notice the usual selfish sunbed reserving, with towels left for hours while the beds weren’t being used. It would be great if staff could monitor this and remove towels after a reasonable period so other guests have the opportunity to enjoy the pool area. That said, as we only stayed for two nights, this didn’t cause us any real problem. Overall, we’d definitely recommend this hotel, especially for its excellent location, fantastic staff and comfortable rooms. We would happily return if we stay in Rhodes Town again."

"Beautiful, brand-new property. The cleaning crew was incredibly kind and helpful, and they really made the experience feel like home. The complimentary items in the fridge were such a unique and thoughtful touch, and they were replenished every day. I’ve never experienced that level of hospitality at a hotel or boutique property before. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it."

"I loved that the hotel was place to many delicious restaurant and walking distance to the beach. It was beautiful to wake up, step outside the balcony, and take in the beautiful view. However, there was an incident at the restaurant/bar inside this hotel where we were being overcharged for water bottles. For two water bottles, they were going to charge us 20 euros. My boyfriend asked to confirm, “20 euros?” The employee at the bar said. “Yes, 20 euros.” Just when my boyfriend was going to put them away, they told us we misheard the pricing and charged us the actual price. From that incident, we just bought water elsewhere. Otherwise, place was clean and amenities were great in hotel. Totally recommend, just watch out with getting scammed by the staff at the restaurant/bar."
