STAY Hotel Rhodes

"Nice hotel in a great location, staff very helpful and the room was nice. Had a balcony which was nice for the evening (take bug spray - mosquito bites are nasty). The hotel was in a nice area with loads of restaurants and supermarket next door, beach 10 mins walk, old town 20 mins walk. Rooms simple and on the small side but nice and what you'd expect of a 3* hotel."

"Super clean room and cleaned daily and towels replaced when required. Bed comfortable, breakfast food selection good. Bathroom shower extremely small cubicle, so barely any room to move in there, even for an average sized person. Very loud live music in bar next door daily until 11:00 pm."

"I had an issue with the patio door lock on arrival. The manager called the maintenance guy out at 9pm at night to attempt to fix but was unable to. They promptly moved me to the same room opposite and promised to fix it by the morning. They kept that promise, and I was offered my original room back or could have stayed but I opted to take my original room. One day I got back and there was a small gift from the hotel to apologise! There was no need it was dealt with. The staff were wonderful and always friendly and smiling, nothing was ever too much. The mini bar addition in the room was a nice addition as well!"

"We stayed in an Executive room for five nights. 1. We weren't told that the room is cleaned and tidied only every other day. Things like that should be mentioned in advance. 2. There was a coffee machine in the room. We ran out of coffee capsules after a day and a half. When I asked why the coffee supplies hadn't been replenished, I was told that this had to be done through room service (for a fee!)"

"Beautiful, brand-new property. The cleaning crew was incredibly kind and helpful, and they really made the experience feel like home. The complimentary items in the fridge were such a unique and thoughtful touch, and they were replenished every day. I’ve never experienced that level of hospitality at a hotel or boutique property before. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it."
