Quiet Getaway

Everything was great other than the mattress in the master bedroom wasn't very comfortable and the bath/shower water didnt get very hot. I liked how quiet it was and the location is great. It was close to grocery stores and restaurants which was a plus. I do wish there was a physical key to unlock the door other than just the digital. Would stay again.

Great location

Great location. Liked the unit. The lighting could’ve been better. Would rent here again if the area rug in the master bedroom was either replaced or had the corners fixed. The way it is curled up is an accident waiting to happen. Overall, a clean unit but louvred door in master bedroom needs definite cleaning attention. An enjoyable stay and the Management company we rented through was easy to work with.

The home was gorgeous and the location is beautiful with one issue.........I did not catch this in the reviews -- there is a live band that is literally sitting right outside the patio (there is a new bar next door). They played Thursday-Sunday nights until 10 pm. You could hear the drums and some of the singing with the doors closed and the TV on. It's not the fault of the property owners. I would be livid if I lived back there (the bar used to be a nursery back when we lived there).It is an older property so you deal with some quirks such as lights dimming and flickering if both AC units happen to be running at the same time. The check-in process was difficult because we didn't download the Vacasa app (we booked through VRBO and have app fatigue -- why does everybody need their own app complete with a new username and password?) and the email/text instructions were lacking details such as the building number and how to get there. We arrived after dark and there are very few outdoor lights. It also appears to be run by a national service so when the auto door lock wasn't working (batteries were dead -- we had to change them ourselves), we were left with support via text and an eventual phone call.All in all, it is a great place to stay and we would stay again, but wish the communication was a bit better. Make sure you at least go to the link in the email to read the FULL description/instructions if you stay here. Don't rely on the brief instructions in the email/text.

The matttress in the bedroom was beyond worn out. It had two deep body depressions on both sides and was soft and lumpy. We spent several uncomfortable, restless nights.We contacted Vacasa about it. They apologized but couldn't do anything. At the end of the day, we expect a comfortable bed in which to sleep. Unfortunately, this unit doesn't provide that.

Fantastic Sabino Canyon Condo

We visited for a long weekend of golf with our UA student. The condo was perfect for the 3 of us and located next to the courses we chose to play. It had everything we needed and the beds were comfy.
