The space
House is around 2550 sq ft. House has 4 sleeping areas. Primary bedroom has king bed with attached bathroom located up stairs.

Bedroom 2 is upstairs as well, twin xl bed with a work space. No attached bathroom.
Perfect kids room, we have a pack n play and high chair, some kids toys, books, and outlet covers.

1/2 bath located up stairs by front entry.

Down stairs there is 2 large bedrooms. Each bedroom has 2 queen beds. Full bathroom is located down stairs near both bedrooms.

Pool is not heated, spa will remain heated.

Plenty of space and privacy for all guests.

Patio cushions are located in garage storage.
Kids toys, pack n play located in garage.
No extra guests.
There will be a vehicle stored in the garage for owners use. Please respect the vehicle.

100% NO GLASS NEAR HOT TUB OR POOL!!!
Guest will be required to pay for any pool damage from broken glass, plastic cups are available for use.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS OF ANY KIND!
$500 noise ordinance fee and guest will be asked to leave immediately.
