An open 500"' light filled studio, full kitchen, large bathroom with large shower. French door and windows open to the desert-scape patio.
Queen bed.
(Futon sofa will be set up by request for a $45. one time fee.)
Ceiling fans. Cotton linens, blankets, and towels.
1 GB Wifi. 37" TV with Roku, log in to your subscriptions. Digital antennae for broadcast stations.
Complete kitchen with long counter for food prep space, apartment size 4 burner range/oven, overhead microwave, fridge/freezer. All cooking and dining supplies provided.
Coffee, toaster oven, and blender.
Double drop leaf dining table with 4 chairs can accommodate a larger dining crowd.
Generous bathroom with over-sized tiled shower and tiled seat.
Lots of storage in the walk-in closet off the bathroom, even enough room for bikes.

Backyard pool is available 24/7, warmed by the weather - cold in winter.

Charming casita

Charming casita, nicely appointed, clean, quiet and convenient to all of Tucson. Beautiful neighborhood for walking and a short distance to 100 mile loop. Liz was friendly and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay at her property again!

Amazing Large Studio with Pool!!

Great location for us. Was impressed with the spacious cottage with full size fridge and 4 burner stove for cooking, and large tiled walk in shower of good size, queen bed comfortable with TV perfect after our day out. looking forward to our next visit!

Serene Relaxing Home Away From Home

I grew up in Tucson and love the desert. Being able to sit out on this idyllic patio and watch birds and prairie dogs from the kitchen window was perfect. Brought my watercolors and sketchpad and with a casita well stocked and comfortable, I could take time just for me….a respite thoroughly enjoyed!

Beautiful Tucson

Lovely Studio with lots of cool décor and cozy blankets. Nice private patio with table chairs and grill. Plenty of storage, space and natural light and everything needed for the kitchen. Large bathroom and walk in closet. Clean clean clean! We really liked the area as it was close to everything. The host and her daughter were great.

Authentic desert living with easy access to everything

We really enjoyed the stay and had a lot of walks down to the river. Friendly encounters with neighbors, their dogs, some shy coyotes and less shy javelina were common. Both the coyotes and javelina were easily avoided but fun to witness. Also saw a couple of bobcats who were exceptionally shy and didn't like that I spotted them. Access to the Tucson Loop was close and safe for bike rides daily. The kitchen was well-equipped. I brought my own coffee making device for stronger coffee than the Mr. Coffee drip maker provided.

Perfection

Let's start with the most important question: would I rent this again? YES!!! Loved it. Great location, easy to get to everything. The mattress was the right firmness for me and I slept well. The place was super clean. Lots of privacy. Lots of storage with the dresser and walk-in closet. Never a problem with the wifi. Could not have been happier. I've stayed at a number of Vrbo rentals and this is one of the best.

Comfortable

Certainly everything we needed was available here. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio, the fully stocked kitchen and appreciated having use of the laundry room. There are a few points for improvement that we hope will be taken as constructive criticism. With the check in information there was no key code to access the apartment and the wifi information was incorrect. A text to Liz after we arrived soon gained us access and the correct wifi info was in the desk folder. I would suggest redoing the folder pages which look shabby and confusing with all the cross outs. Also a scrub around the cabinet pulls would make the kitchen great. We had to ask two different times for a car to be moved in order to use a designated parking space. Our stay was very nice and hope these points will make your place the best!

The guest house was conveniently located and very private. Would have given 5 stars, and this is picky, but the pillows were really uncomfortable. Otherwise it was a great stay.

Very much enjoyed this property: responsive host, no issues during our stay. Myself and my 23 yr old son comfortably stayed for five nights. Kitchen was very adequate for the size.
