Clean and comfy room, friendly staff. Didn't use the pool but it was decently large. Breakfast was excellent. Appreciated the central AC. For great Mexican good, try Amelia's Mexican Kitchen just down the road.

Hotel and staff are great, breakfast is top notch. Avoid the Glow Bal restaurant. Hamburger was inedible, pizza is likely warmed up frozen. Got out or just go to bed hungry.

The room was big, cute and clean. The bed was a large king and comfy with nice sheets and pillows. It was pretty quiet and private. thankful for coffee in the room, Starbucks even! A/C nice and cool. The waiter in the restaraunt was very helpful and made extra effort. My only issue was that there was some loud clicking sound periodically that I never figured out the source of and woke me up a couple times.

Beautiful hotel with a good pool and great breakfast buffet! Rooms were spacious and clean. Only downside was you have to pay for internet/wi-fi which we didn’t expect since it’s typically included with hotel stays. Despite that, we would stay here again.

The hotel receptionist, Katie, was exceptionally helpful. My wife and I initially chose the Sheraton Tucson Hotel and Suites due to its close proximity to the surgery center where my wife was going to have cataract surgery. Unfortunately, she had an adverse reaction (nausea) to the medication she received prior to the surgery and it had to be cancelled. Katie went out of her way to help find us a room as soon as one became available due to my wife's condition. The room was great, the staff is exceptionable, and the breakfast was great.

This property is nestled between a hospital and a ihop. Pros: a/c worked, fitness center was fairly comprehensive—full dumbbell set, cable system, benches. Cons: hard bed that was difficult to sleep on, generally dingy appearance, view of a dumpster.
