The room was big, cute and clean. The bed was a large king and comfy with nice sheets and pillows. It was pretty quiet and private. thankful for coffee in the room, Starbucks even! A/C nice and cool. The waiter in the restaraunt was very helpful and made extra effort. My only issue was that there was some loud clicking sound periodically that I never figured out the source of and woke me up a couple times.

The hotel receptionist, Katie, was exceptionally helpful. My wife and I initially chose the Sheraton Tucson Hotel and Suites due to its close proximity to the surgery center where my wife was going to have cataract surgery. Unfortunately, she had an adverse reaction (nausea) to the medication she received prior to the surgery and it had to be cancelled. Katie went out of her way to help find us a room as soon as one became available due to my wife's condition. The room was great, the staff is exceptionable, and the breakfast was great.

Didn't dine there. Parking seems safe, yet the place fills up inexplicably later in the evening, although the place is still relatively quiet. Location is fantastic, with several newer non-franchise restaurants with 1 mile or less, and a Trader Joes nearby. Rooms have Starbucks coffee and a fridge which is a big plus. The ACAI food truck that sets up near by is pretty cool as well.

I have stayed here twice this month, because I've been having some medical procedures at the hospital next door (Tucson Medical Center). The location is excellent, the staff friendly, the room pretty and comfortable and the price very reasonable. I also love the restaurant in the hotel, which is open for breakfast early in the morning (they also serve lunch and dinner). The breakfast is great and the staff is just wonderful - very friendly and great coffee! I will come back again, hopefully with no surgeries included in the package. Many restaurants within an easy drive and a few within walking distance.

Room was very clean and housekeepers were very friendly. The lady that checked us in wasn’t helpful at all. Not once did she say anything about WiFi, all she did was give us a piece of paper showing us where the room was at. Didn’t explain to us about using remote to the tv which we found out from the maintenance man where to point remote on the TV so we can turn the TV on. Not once did she say anything about our breakfast buffet or any other activities, not even swimming pool hours. Luciano maintenance man and housekeepers, they were very helpful. Front desk Lady needs to be crossed trained in how to treat newcomers, remember 1st impressions are what we need to feel welcomed. Thank you.
