Alternatively, if you enjoy driving, there are plenty of well-connected roads that lead directly to downtown. You can take advantage of the convenience of having your own vehicle and explore the city at your own pace.

Parking is available in the garage and driveway. Please note that street parking is not permitted by the HOA, so all guest vehicles must remain in the approved parking areas throughout the stay.

- Street parking is STRICTLY PROHIBITED at all times under HOA regulations.

🗑️ Trash collection is every Thursday. All vehicles must remain off the street, especially on trash collection days.

- Guests and visitors must park in the driveway or garage ONLY.

- Any HOA fines or penalties resulting from unauthorized parking by guests or their visitors will be charged to the reservation holder, per vehicle, per violation.

- Multiple vehicles or repeated violations may result in separate charges.

- Please ensure everyone in your group follows these parking restrictions throughout your stay.

Direct Delivery Only: Any mail, packages, or deliveries should be received by guests in person or delivered directly to the property doorstep.
