"The Bancroft Inn was an okay motel. There is really no amenities to speak of. The first room we had was not great but the staff moved us to a different room. The second room was good. It was fairly clean and updated. The TV and wireless internet worked great. We were on the second floor and it was pretty quiet sitting out on the balcony. Bancroft is a small town and the motel was close to everything. With the right room we would stay there again."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful but overworked as unfortunately they were understaffed and thus the restaurant and bar areas are closed Mondays and Tuesdays right now. This made finding nearby meals those days other than a food truck difficult. There is a Foodland in nearby Northbrook. The rooms were updated and clean with basic amenities and comfortable beds. Hopefully there are plans to updated the bar and restaurant too. Great location with Bon Echo only 8 minutes away and gas...

"Cabin was very clean . The furniture was old but in good condition. Kitchen only had one burner but plenty of pots/pans utensils etc. After busy day I would have appreciated somewhere to sit comfortably, the futon was okay. Beds were good and clean bedding. The road was very busy and a bit weary crossing with children. The dock was fine and we caught fish! Great location to Bon echo park. Stay was good for a couple of nights. Parking tight if you have a truck. "

"We had a pleasant one-night stay at this property. It is located in a very quiet and peaceful area, with a lovely small park and a small beach right in front, which is perfect for families with young children. We also appreciated having a TV in the room so we could watch a FIFA match during our stay. The room was a little small for two adults and two children, but it was manageable for one night. Overall, it was a comfortable stay in a calm location."
