The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel was very child-friendly, which we really appreciated. The pool area and activities such as table tennis and other games kept the children entertained and happy. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a great variety of options and something for everyone. The only downside was the waiting time at the hotel restaurant in the evening. We waited over an hour for our food. However, the food itself was very good and worth the wait. Overall, a lovely stay and a great choice for families, especially when traveling onward by ferry. "

"Loved the room!! Very spacious with a sitting area and mini fridge. Cute outdoor area, too. Delicious breakfast. We arrived after dark and and took a few extra minutes to find the parking entrance."

"We booked a family room at 12:45 on the same day and arrived at 19:30. Unfortunately, the check-in process was very confusing, you have to check in at another hotel five minutes away, which we weren’t told in advance. On arrival, we were first given the wrong room, then a family room with an unmade sofa bed and no bedding. We were told this was because we booked “late” and should make up the sofa bed ourselves, but this was never communicated in advance, and I would not have booked had I known. Perhaps the receptionist was new, but it made checking in with tired kids late in the evening very time-consuming and stressful, with lots of trips back and forth. Once settled, the room was spacious, modern, and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent with lots of fresh options. Do note that the hotel is close to a nightclub, so it can be noisy at night on weekends."
