10/10 Excellent

"It’s great value for money being perfectly located for a holiday or business in Nürnberg. Clean, spacious, comfortable & being able to self cater / wash with kitchen & laundry in the apartment is gold. My only quibble is the about the steps in the pool area which when wet are slippery as glass, hence I fell - fortunately I was holding on to the rail when descending the steps so only injuries were bruised & muscle strains - all it needs is some rubber strips to make it safe. That said, the pool is really clean ( pretty cool) but the sauna is excellent."

"It was a last minute booking. What we found frustrating was the terrace was locked. There was no place but your room to sit. We don't eat breakfast in the morning, but we did ask if we could get a coffee. We were told No! You have to pay for it. but we left a bottle of water in your room! I mentioned that other hotels offer coffee to their customers free of charge. The receptionist swore that all hotels in Germany charge for coffee. We know that is incorrect, as every other hotel we have been to in Germany offers coffee for free. This left a very poor impression on us as she was not nice about it."

"We liked our stay. The room was spacious enough and clean. The location was walkable to the old city, about 10 min away. The breakfast was a plus but you can easily find restaurants around. The staff was nice but we didn’t need too much help from them. Parking is available at the hotel which is a great plus."
