The holiday flat is located on the ground floor of a detached apartment building with a total of three residential units. It is located in the village centre of Rueras - ideal for relaxing and slowing down. From the balcony you can enjoy a view of the old houses of Rueras as well as the mountains and the valley.
The location is a perfect starting point for activities at any time of year: . In winter there are ski tours and cross-country ski trails, in summer numerous hiking and cycling trails. The family-friendly bathing lake is easily accessible on foot, by bike (3.1 km) or by car. The Camping Rhein playground is 500 metres away, right on the edge of the forest. In the immediate vicinity you will also find an indoor swimming pool with wellness area, a golf course and an outdoor tennis court.
The cosy ground floor flat can accommodate up to five people and is suitable for both couples and families. It has a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. The bright living room invites you to linger with a comfortable sofa bed, an armchair, a TV with Swisscom TV (including replay function) and a radio with CD player.
The kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need for everyday use: three hobs, an oven, a fridge, a kettle and several coffee making facilities - a Nespresso machine (please bring your own capsules), a Bialetti coffee maker and a classic filter coffee machine (no crockery machine). There is a small table in the kitchen, plus a large, extendable dining table with a cosy corner bench. You are welcome to use spices; the tall cupboard is labelled as private and is therefore excluded.
The flat was a family home for a long time - and later a favourite meeting place for grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Therefore, there is still a selection of games, coloured pencils, Legos and more. Anything that is not marked as "private" is welcome to be used and then tidied away again.
Sewing utensils, an iron and some tools are also available for small emergencies.
A car park directly at the house can be booked on request and subject to availability.
