The space

This private apartment is 1 out of 4 apartment units in a quad-plex. The only shared spaces are the entryway and the backyard (including the pool and fire pit). Your fully furnished studio will include a Comfortable queen-sized bed, full kitchen amenities, WIFI, basic toiletries, an in-unit washer and dryer, a furnished patio, a fire pit, and a pool.

NOTE: Sleeping a 4th guest will require use of our Air Mattress

We absolutely loved the proximity to the walking path behind the house. This, along with there being a school right there means it's quiet at night and you can hear birds instead of traffic in the morning. Also loved it being with walking distance of several cool eateries.We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. Jason was wonderfully communicating and helpful and understanding when an app snafu caused him to get messages intended for another host. So happy we stayed here!

My husband and I spent 8 days at Jason's place. The rooms were plenty large and we were very comfortable. Shout out to the comfortable beds and high end linens! Although it was only March, Jason opened up the pool right as we were arriving, due to me nudging him aligning with a heat wave. I plan to stay again.

Very quiet, spacious first floor apartment. Kitchen had everything we needed, sitting area was well-appointed, and bed was comfy. Backyard was huge with a firepit and pool and easy access to great walking/running/biking trail. Easy walk to great eateries, a dog park, and bars. Views of Downtown. Host was proactive, responsive, and great to work with.Bathroom door is a flimsy plastic accordion pocket door that offers very little privacy. Not a good fit if you are traveling with someone where that is an issue. Also limited space to do hair and make-up in bathroom. Had to sit on floor in front of a propped up long mirror. All in all, great value, great location, and would likely book again.

Nice convenient place in a great location surrounded by beautiful neighborhoods for walking along with a great night spot, Mercury Lounge. Great restaurants on 15th.Had a nice swim and lounging around the pool. The night stands on either side of the bed were great additions with bedside lights and easily accessible plug-ins that are not common in VRBO properties.A perfect way to spend a 3-day weekend in Tulsa.

We really enjoyed our stay. Having the pool for those hot summer Tulsa days was such an added bonus. The house was very clean and accommodating. The neighborhood was quiet and seemed safe. There were many things within walking distance. We would definitely stay there again.

I stayed here for 4 nights with my 3 kids (14, 12, and 11). Tulsa was this year’s Midwest summer vacation destination. The property was exactly as described. The pool was a HUGE perk given the daily extreme heat warnings! You could not find a better location to stay in Tulsa. Given the size/population of Tulsa, I expected that some of our daytime excursions would require at least 45min commute times. That was not the case. We were so centrally located that the longest commute was 20 minutes! We made most of our meals in the fully equipped kitchen which cut down on costs. Jason was an attentive host who was willing to answer whatever questions arose.

Highly Recommend

Loved my stay at this property and hope to come back again next year. Everything was well stocked and I was thrilled to have a working washer and dryer. Jason reached out to ensure all was well early on and was very responsive. The location can't be beat and is within walking distance to some trendy restaurants as well as The Gathering Place. The icing on the cake was taking a dip in the big pool in the back yard!

Wonderful Tulsa Rental

My family and I planned a trip to visit Tulsa for the first time and I'm so glad we booked this home. The location was within walking distance to several local businesses and there was access to a walking trail that runs the length of the city behind the house. The house was clean and well stocked and the property was well maintained. We were grateful for the pool!A visit to Cherry & Bark Ice Cream is a must as well as The Gathering Place if you have kids. This home is perfect if you want to explore Tulsa!

Perfect location

The apartment had everything we needed. It was a perfect location to everything we wanted to visit. There was a walking trail that connected our backyard to the gathering place. Sliding doors opened to the backyard where there was a pool and a fire pit. Close to downtown shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. Jason was very helpful with anything we needed and he’s also very cute and single.

Great Location

Comfortable and easy

Clean, comfortable unit. Easy to get to other locations in Tulsa. Tacos x Mezcal is a comfortable walk for a different delicious Sunday brunch.
