This was a great house and a good location near bars and restaurants. It was a comfortable stay for 2 our dog. The kitchen was clean and well stocked with dishes and cookware – better than other places I have stayed.Each bedroom had a TV, which was great. We did not use the third bedroom but I will say if you have kids and or a baby the third bedroom has two cute twin beds and there's a highchair, etc..I recommend staying at this property if you want to be in a good position to take in lots of things around town.

Great Little Getaway

Overall, I would say we had a great experience staying at this property. The owner was easy to communicate with and answered each time we text him. The property was exactly as it said and showed in the pictures. Everything was clean and lots of stuff provided. Just a few things to mention… 1. When we got there, the front door was extremely difficult to open….it took 2 of us to finally get it. Then we couldn’t get it locked again! But my husband fixed it, so that shouldn’t be a problem in the future. 2. The heat was never turned on, so when we arrived the house was 50 degrees and took a full 24 hours to heat to an acceptable temperature. Once it warmed up, it stayed perfect. 3. There isn’t a lot of hot water, so if you have 6 people staying with you (as we did) you have to space your showers out so everyone gets hot water. Not a big deal at all…we easily worked around it! 4. When the washer is running, water splashes up through the kitchen sink when it drains. Again, not a huge deal…we just made sure everything was out of the way when we ran the washer! 5. The neighborhood is just a little sketchy. Not terrible, just not somewhere we felt like we could go out alone to walk or run. Again….we had a very pleasant experience, and I would recommend staying here!!

The property was well maintained and very clean when we arrived! They had anything and everything we needed for our stay, even most streaming services on the tv’s had a “guest” option we could click in to, to watch our favorite shows! I highly recommend this location and space to anyone traveling to Tulsa or the surrounding area! There was a moment when our WiFi stopped working and within a couple minutes I was on the phone with one of the owners and they got everything straightened out and working! Communication was great and overall everything went as smooth as it could have! We will stay again, given the chance!
