The space:
Elevated hillside house in the artists neighborhood of Reservoir Hill. The spirit of a mid-century modern house with suspended ceiling & rafters meets open 15 foot ceilings and lots of light in the modern addition. Designer touches. throughout, all 23 light switches have dimmers for controllable lighting. Very quite and private home with a fantastic layout that accommodates multiple guests.
Guest access:
Door has a keypad, I'll give you a code before your arrival.
Other things to note:
U-shaped parking lot can fit 4-5 cars, plus one in the carport.

Remove personal items and take out the trash

Just toss any sheets & towels down by the washer & dryer. No need to start the machines, I'll deal with it all.
Just please put all trash & recycling in the bins by the garage.
Lock door, leave entryway light on, and I'll adjust AC/ heat remotely.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
