The proper manager is a donkey!! Overreaction because I did not agree with a pre-check-in fee. I told him I said let’s agree to disagree and he kept being a donkey!! on purpose he waited until 90 minutes right when check-in time and he canceled. If that was the owner of this property, I’d fire the management. They’re horrible. The awesome thing for me is they gave me all of my money back and I got to stay at a super nice place. don’t stay here in a Vrbo doesn’t post this then they’re a fake platform!!!

I’m reviewing what happened. I was not able to stay. I woke up sick the morning of and I tried to ask for at least the cleaning fee back since they didn’t have to re-clean the unit since I didn’t stay. I know it’s at the discretion of the renter as to whether or not they would comply but they said they would respond within 24 hours. It’s been over a week and they have just left me hanging. I can understand changing my mind for no reason, but I actually woke up sick and felt that asking for the cleaning fee refund was a reasonable request.
