The wifi didn't work. The hot tub didn't work, was filthy and half empty and the 1 bike instead of 3 had a flat tire. When i called immediately after check in the guy said someone would come fix those issues. No one ever came. Other then that it was really nice.

Home was beautiful but not taken care of

It was a beautiful home. We got there right after check in and I immediately called the property management team and spoke with the local host. I said there were 3 problems. 1 the internet was not working, 2 the hot tub was filthy and only half way filled and 3rd there was only 1 bike and it had a flat tire. The guy, I believe Manuel said they would take care of that right away yet no one came. I tried calling 2 more times but no one answered. By the 4th day of our stay and me having spent hours trying to deal with the internet I finally got it working (as I was having to go to local shops and cafes for my work meetings). My friends and I wound up having to rent bikes to get around which was an expense we did not plan on. Other then the above it was a beautiful condo with ample space in a lovely building in a great location.
