Rental property near Tulum Town

This property is NOT a hotel. The place is pretty but it’s not a hotel, this is a rental apartment in a gated complex with multiple buildings and Aqua is the name of the building where we stayed. With a nice shared pool, this apartment has a small kitchenette, a dining table for 4 and a couple of sofas in the living room. A washer, dryer and a comfortable king size bed with soft pillows, the bathroom is small but clean. No amenities are provided so bring your own shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, etc. No cleaning is done to your bedroom, if you want clean towels use the washer/dryer provided. Bring your own laundry soap and softener! - No room service is available, there are no vending machines in the complex either. There is no tv in the bedroom only in the living room, no cable is available but since it is a smart tv you can use your Netflix account. If you rent a car, parking may be an issue as there are very limited parking spots for the 4 different buildings. There is no check in desk, you will receive and email with instructions on how to get the room key upon arrival. There are no restaurants within walking distance, the area is ideal for bicycles.

Excellent location.. Great time in Tulum.. Nice

You can ride a bike easily to town or to the beach. Its a real nice place.. We had no problems finding the place or getting into the condo. Everything in the Condo was top notch... I enjoyed being able to see town and experience the food.. The beach is by far the best I've every been to.
