"The property is in the heart of San Juan, but the gps location is not accurate. We were able to call the owner who gave us actual directions to the property. Once we got there, everything improved. The owner contacted you in advance to confirm your stay, so that was nice. I had previously booked the property, and they cancelled it, and raised the rate. "This property is fine if all you need is a clean stopover near the airport. They don’t have a restaurant and as you can’t walk anywhere close by so you are reliant on taxis to go anywhere. Reception were staff friendly enough and even though we were unable to check in an hour earlier, they looked after the bags as we took a shuttle to the nearby shopping mall. Pleasant experience overall. "

"It doesn’t look like much from the street. I almost passed it by. But once inside, I sm glad that I did not. This place is beautiful, quiet and in a very nice neighborhood. I teach at least once a year. I will definitely stay here again next. Also can’t wait to bring my wife here."
