The property itself is well located in the heart of the capital. However, the cleanliness of the property is poor, the smell of the bedsheet was terrible, mud, humid and dusty. Kids running the hallways, sound is very loud at night because of the bar at the 10th floor.

I made a reservation for 3 nights and after i checked in i left a hotel to explore the city centre, after a few hours i return to the hotel reception to take my room key. The receptionist refused to handed me my room key because he couldn't find my check in slip. I told him just go back to guest list or use my reservation number. Some how he insisted to find my slip and kept me waiting about 20 minutes. I decided to go and spend a night in another city when i went down to reception the the same guy told me my check out will be the next day which wrong because i reserved 3 nights not one night. I showed hom my booking confirmation and stll arguing with me. Any way it was a nightmare for me. Mever again

C’est un cinq étoiles, mais les draps sont très vieux, de mauvaise qualité. Pour 24 h, j ai eu deux serviettes. La Tv a 4 chaînes seulement. L’ascenseur est lent, incertain. Mais les réceptionnistes sont courtois et rassurants.

L'hôtel est super bien placé. Le personnel est accueillant et serviable. Néanmoins, le niveau de propreté et d'hygiène est horrible. Ca ne doit pas continuer comme ça. Cest inadmissible. Au delà de la perte d'argent, on ne se sent pas à l'aise dans les chambres.

Väldigt dåligt Hotel

Hotellet luktar cigarettrök överallt även i rummet . En personal på reception (Emad ) var otrevlig. Frukost är väldigt blygsam Den innehåller inget frukt eller grönsaker bara tomater . Vid utcheckning ville inte receptionen ge mig fakturan .De bara skrev med handstil en paper till mig att jag har betalat allt.inget vanligt kvitto eller vanlig faktura. Jag har aldrig se
