I would strongly recommend this place. We had an amazing time in the comfort of the place. It is not only extremely clean, quiet, beautiful, and well located, the host will move heaven and earth to make your stay memorable. He offered us free breakfast every morning and was always checking on us.

I had a wonderful stay! The property was clean, with spacious rooms and a great location—just a short walk to restaurants and the waterfront. It’s about 15 minutes from the airport and Sidi Bou Said, which made getting around easy. The host, Medhi, was incredibly helpful and even assisted with transportation to my next accommodation. Highly recommend for a comfortable and convenient stay in Tunis

Best Villa Ever!

The Villa itself is absolutely beautiful. It is very clean and perfectly decorated. You feel like you are in a royal palace while inside. The host is very kind and accommodating. He cares for you as if you were family, tending to your every need and going above and beyond. Selma was our keeper and was very sweet and caring. We stayed in the presidential suite and it was very comfortable and clean. The view from the suite was beautiful. The pool was clean and large and so much fun dun to swim in! We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay! We will definitely be back to this Villa anytime we stay in Tunis again! This Villa is HIGHLY recommended! 10/10! Five stars! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

WOW – THE ONLY PLACE TO STAY IN TUNIS

Stunning property that exceeded our expectations & is perfect in every way. From the owner who met us at the airport, took time to discuss our plans, provide practical advice, booked taxis & even a hotel for us that we hadn’t been able to contact for weeks! Located in a great part of Tunis, close to the airport (no noise), Carthage, Sidi Bou Said, restaurants, Lake Tunis & a lovely promenade. The property is immaculately clean & everything from the towels to the furniture is a high standard & works as it should. There’re some stunning pieces of traditional handmade furniture which blends seamlessly with modern pieces too. The property has a feel of an upmarket home where you’re the guest of honour. It has some well-maintained green areas, a pool & ample safe parking. Communal areas for guests to use include a well-furnished lounge & well-equipped kitchen. Great Wifi plus Netflix, Prime etc (no cost) too. The owner speaks several languages including English, French, Arabic & a little Italian. He’s always on hand or at the end of the phone, nothing is too much trouble for him. We were celebrating a special occasion which was made even more special, with flowers, rose petals & a box of traditional cakes, pastries and biscuits waiting for us. Special thanks to Salma who always had a smile, greeted you like family, prepared breakfast on demand & keeps the place spotless. We can’t recommend this place highly enough so if in Tunis make sure you stay here; you won’t regret.
