"An Amazing Vacation Experience at Concorde De Luxe Resort! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful vacation at Concorde De Luxe Resort and couldn’t be happier with our experience! Everything was excellent, from the cleanliness of our room to the outstanding service provided by the resort staff. Our room was always sparkling clean, and our housekeeper did an absolutely fantastic job every day. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and care that went into keeping our room so comfortable and spotless. A special thanks to our resort representative, who was incredibly helpful and supportive from the very beginning of our vacation until the very end. Her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to assist made our stay even more enjoyable and stress free. The resort also offered a wide variety of delicious food choices, so there was always something to enjoy. The service throughout the resort was excellent, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They always made sure to ask if we needed anything, which made us feel truly valued as guests"

"Loved the Topkapi theme all over the resort which traditional Turkish palace vibe. Pools were super clean and well maintained. Some areas of the resort shows wear and tear including pool slides, RINO club and the pathways but nothing extreme. Food variety and quality was exceptional and the service from each and every staff member. We need an extra bedsheet at 2am and we called room service. It was delivered within minutes. Awesome!! Staff familiarity with English language can be improved and the kids shows were in Turkish and Russian language which excluded a number of other kids. Abdullah at reception was extremely helpful and welcoming when we checked in. He gave us the room upgrade which enhanced our stay exponentially. Wife used Hammam service. Masseuse was great but disappointingly water was cold. I wish rooms were sound proof. With family it was very disturbing due to late night concerts. Overall, great memorable experience."

"The rooms were spacious. Stuff was attentive. Food was on par with the price and met the expectations, with a good selection and sufficient variety with quality ingredients. Spa can be improved with a steam room. On the other hand, beach chairs can get packed and not very spacious compared to the number of residents. Wi-Fi was very unreliable, you get good signal but connection is bad. Gym setup was really weak. As a foreigner who depended on the wifi, I struggled."

"I had a very nice stay here. The staff were exceptionally kind, the food was delicious, and the scenery has to be some of the best in the area. In my opinion, this is the best hotel in the area, and I would definitely stay here again every time I visit."

"Great hotel with great breakfast as well. Staff was very professional. Clean facilities. Only disappointment was the sunshade down by the water was damaged, but I assume that will be fixed before the next season. Our second time staying there, will probably stay there again!"
