"It’s a very basic hotel. I stayed with two friends. We knew that we would only come back to the hotel to sleep because we were going to be touristing all day, so this was a fine hotel. Front desk is very friendly rooms are very clean. Hotel is located in a suburban Neighbourhood so it was pretty quiet. In terms of location, however you can use the bus to get where you need to go, but it is kind of far from the central city. We also had to use bus or Uber to take us to the main city. Yes the room is small and yes, the showers are small, but it’s objective was literally just to house us for the days that we were going to be in Rome and that was fine. "

"We just returned from Rome today! The appointment was in a nice location. We loved the balcony. The bed pillows and bath towels were not to our liking. These two things can easily be replaced and would add a great updated. I would also suggest having some wine glasses and a throw blanket. Host was very nice and made check in and out easy! "

"Eleanora was very accommodating and kind with our check in. The location felt very safe, was an easy 10 minute walk to the metro and had wonderful restaurant options very close by. The bathroom was a little small but adequate and the beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Very clean and tidy hotel, modern, we had the room with the hot tub and the room was a very good size, the hot tub was lovely, bed slightly firm for my liking but that's personal taste, breakfast was enjoyable every morning up stairs on the top floor. Hotel was within walking distance of the Metro A, and only a 30 minutes walk from Rome Termini which we did to and from the hotel, I have already recommended this hotel to friends and would stop here again without hesitation "

"There are a couple of grocery stores nearby and the prices are normal, even cheaper than back in Canada, since the place is not in a tourist area. The host was very nice and was very proactive at giving us directions and figuring out the best routes. We stayed at a lower priced room on our second night and they helped us by moving our things so we wouldn't miss our tour. The place overall is very clean, not too quiet but it was quiet enough to be able to sleep. There are local buses and streetcars nearby. Overall it was a great experience."

"Friendly Staffs but very dated facility. It is best to describe this hotel as a Bed and Breakfast. The hotel is fairly small and there is only 2 stories with no elevator. The included breakfast is really nice. They will make your coffee the way you wanted and there are plenty of pastries and breakfast items to choose from. The rooms and hallway, however are a different story. The room I stayed in can really use a facelift. The walls are uneven with visible water damage. The bathroom's towel warmer has visible rust. The shower tiles are uneven and poor workmanship. There is this bidet next to the toilet that is taking up a lot of space and it is kind of unpleasant to look at (for someone unfamiliar with it). The room floor is really old vinyl floor. There is a lack of electrical outlets. Only 1 outlet is next to the night stand and it is loose. However, the bed is clean and reasonably comfortable. Even without doing major renovation. I think the hotel could at least improve some small area. Like replacing the rusty towel rack. Provide USB port that has modern fast charging since there is no universal electrical outlet offered. (If you are staying there, be sure to bring a travel adapter) The area is fine. The hotel is within walking distance to Metro. There are 2 grocery stores close by. One of them is even 24 hours operated. Not a lot of good restaurants in the area but good enough for a quick bite."
