"I’ve been staying in this hotel for over a month now intermittently yet pool and gym are still not opened which just quietly frankly disappointing. But this time they have kept a good service now by making and cleaning up my room upon requested without an item being lost as last time my contact lens case was thrown out."

"There were issues with incorrect charging of my account and my room not being ready on time — the the staff is above par - Ryan that works in the restaurant and pool , and the lady who works the restaurant (I so wish I had got her name, but I bet Ryan can tell you ) were wonderful (even while being overwhelmed and understaffed. Ryan was our waiter by the pool, then after he was scheduled to be off by 6 , remained our waiter until 8, then as we moved in to the restaurant , was still our waiter late into the night . I brought Ryan and the lady who was the waitress at the restaurant back down an extra tip- both protested saying they didn’t deserve it (they DID) - they both may our stay there enjoyable (considering we had frustrations with a couple other parts of our stay ) - I would recommend this place to anyone - it’s fantastic - just needs a little bit of patience overall"

"I had my dog with me and the property was very accommodating. The room was clean and the grounds were beautiful and well kept. My only suggestion would be to have a bartender and a waitress at the lounge. Our bartender on Monday was great but our bartender / waitress was not a good bartender. One other thing, my niece ordered a steak Ceasar salad both times and both times they brought her chicken when it clearly said steak on the bill. The kitchen staff needs to be able to know the difference. The food was delicious in any case! We were just disappointed about the steak being wrong both times. Overall, great experience!! "The comforter in our room was disgusting. It had numerous visible stains that looked like old blood stains. Even though they appeared to have been washed, the stains were still very noticeable. A comforter in this condition should not be used for guests. The hotel should replace it immediately. Clean bedding is one of the most basic standards of any hotel, and this was completely unacceptable. I sincerely hope the hotel will take this issue seriously and replace all worn or heavily stained comforters to ensure a clean and comfortable stay for future guest"

"The 18th of July was the date to get in to the hotel. Because of the airplane cancelation, we arrived at 9 am, we tried to get tonour room but was not available. The hotel mánagement role me to ask espidia, to get the money back of the first day. How Can i do to get the money back?. Thanks"
