"Easy parking behind the hotel. Room was clean as was the bathroom. Two small beds, a microwave, a refrigerator and good heat and air conditioning! Great little courtyard to hang out in. This is our go to when we go to Cottonwood. Highly recommend. "

"Park hotel was perfect! They thought of everything! From eye mask to wine opener, we loved the glass wine/rocks glasses and of course the accessibility to the brewery next door. The food trucks were awesome, we had planned on going to dinner in Cottonwood but decided on food truck and was by far the best decision. It was delicious!!"

"The school house is awesome. The place was set up so good. There was so many neat things to look at and the area was quite. The host was very welcoming and helpful. I slept good in the comfortable bed. The overall experience was amazing. When I get a chance to go back to clarkdale I will definitely book this spot again."
