The guest bedroom is also furnished with a King-size bed and a Smart TV. The second bathroom is located in the hall just outside the bedroom door, with access from the hall and from the bedroom. The guest bathroom has all new fixtures including a tub and shower combination. There are 2 parking spaces, 1 reserved and 1 unreserved for this property. The condo is located on the first floor which is elevated and accessed by only one flight stairs. There is no elevator in this building.
