REAL Beach Front Panoramic View - COUPLES - Pool - North Beach

Location, Location, Location. Outstanding VIEW.
This Adults Only condo is beachfront, steps from the beach. There are few condos on Tybee with this view and the price is affordable for most. Unobstructed Top Floor View!

If you are looking for a place to unwind or spend some quality time with your partner, this is the place. You may spend most of your time on the balcony because the view is awesome and there is so much to see from your 3rd floor perch. Dining on the balcony offers the best intimate dining experience on the island. Buy some local shrimp, cook and eat it here. Drink in the view and save it on your hard drive. You will find it difficult to leave this Island Paradise.

The condo is located in a gated community in a quiet residential area on the north side of the island. The complex has 2 unheated swimming pools that are open 12 months. If you like to walk, the beach awaits you just steps away. You can walk downtown to the pier (3.1 miles) and return by city streets to enjoy some shopping or restaurants on your return trip. The complex has Pickleball and Tennis courts for your enjoyment, bring your own equipment. You will find games, and books for rainy day entertainment. (No DVD player)
You will find 2 Beach Chairs, beach umbrella and bag cooler to use during your stay.
Packing List:
Swimming suit, flip-flops, sunscreen, hat, toiletries, favorite beverage, EZ to prepare food and snacks, camera and a roll of quarters for the laundry room (if you use it). Condo parking is FREE, only ONE vehicle is allowed per unit. No golf carts or trailers are permitted on the property.

SNOWBIRDS: Posted winter rates are a fraction of season rates. I will not discount more.
Will rent 1 and 2 night gaps in calendar. Please inquire with owner.
I highly suggest you purchase trip insurance to insure your vacation, I do when I travel.

The building and out in the hallway of the building is like a 3rd world country! To say it was run down is an understatement! The inside of the condo was decent enough until we found a still kicking cockroach on the floor and another huge one in the toilet! We packed our things up and left immediately and booked a hotel in Savannah downtown which is what I will just do from now on! I have zero faith in anymore VRBO after this. The host just made up excuses that it was some tree bug that got in. They did a fabulous job of selling the listing with limited photos! Could have at least refunded part of my rental payment

We had a wonderful time when we needed help finding the key the host was very helpful and giving us directions and where they were located. It’s a beautiful location. We watched the ships come in and out and the dolphins playing in the water.

The location is perfect. We watched the dolphins the first day we were there, but the rest of the 5 days we were there it was really windy and rainy. It would be nice if the trees/greenery could be trimmed down a bit so you could see the beach better. We would definitely recommend this location to our friends.

Perfect location with ocean view, dolphin-watching, and sunsets. Room was well-stocked and check-in was easy. Very chill north island vibe with food and spirits just a small block away. Hope to get this exact same room again in the future. Very peaceful.

The husband and I had a great time at this property. It was relaxing watching the dolphins play and seeing the container ships traveling back and forth The view of the waterfront was exceptional with great views of the sunset. The bed was surprisingly comfortable for a rental place and the amenites were up to par.

We really enjoyed the beautiful sunset views and watching the dolphins, but we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The vacuum did not work properly and actually blew dust around. There was sand on the floor when we arrived, and we also found dirty dishes that had been put back in the cabinet, so we had to rewash what should have been clean. Additionally, the front door only has a push lock, which feels insecure, and there was no safe available for valuables. While there is a deadbolt on the door, we were not provided with a key for it. Overall pleasant views just disappointed with no response from host to check in or out late or room plus you are charged a cleaning fee but you arrive to a room not cleaned 100%

1st trip to Tybee

We loved our stay. The view was amazing, we enjoyed watching the Dolphins and the short walk to the beach. Will definitely be back. Very neat and clean.

This property 310B, was just what my wife and I needed. The property was just as advertised with incredible views of the ocean and dolphins. We saw dolphins every time we sat on the balcony. The host was so awesome to work with and very responsive with some of my last minute requests. I would definitely recommend.

Efficient smaller condo with everything needed.

Condo location was on river side of Tybee Island far enough north to escape crowded beaches. Lots of dolphins jumping, shrimp boat and cargo ship traffic. Restaurant selection was great. Spring is better than summer for a visit as July was HOT and humid and it’s crowded when school gets out. We enjoyed it!!

We stayed for 6 nights. The condo was very nice and well kept. The view from the balcony was beautiful but I would not say it was completely unobstructed. To the left and straight ahead there were trees that could not be seen over when sitting down. However, standing and to the left were stunning views and daily dolphin sightings. We would definitely come back.
