Great place, could use some changes though

The place was in a great location, private, not a lot of people on the beach, it was exactly what we wanted. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great, beds are bigger than what the listing said, so that was a great upgrade! The kitchen and living room are where I found the most issues. The living room furniture is very dirty, the chair that is supposed to be white, isnt even close and you can see where every one sits. As for the kitchen, the garbage can isnt much bigger than a 13 gallon can. For a unit that "Can sleep 6" you would be constantly taking out the garbage, and the dumpsters are not close at all. That was a major inconvenience. Also, there is no where to store food. All the cupboards are filled with tons of glasses and plates that we never even touched. Some kind of storage would have been nice, even a pantry. The dryer in the unit was full of water, had obviously not been emptied by the cleaning crew or the renters before us. We had to learn the hard way when we expected clothes to be dry and it had stopped running due to the water level. Lastly, the lack of an elevator or some way to get heavy cases of water/drinks up the steps really is a downfall. The unit is for sure not handicap accessible at all. Lugging all the bags, luggage and stuff up 3 flights of stairs was tough for us with back problems. All in all though, we had a great week and would absolutely return to the island!

Family Getaway

We had a great time at this condo! The views are amazing and it was nice to be so close to the beach. I loved sitting on the balcony with my 14 year old son and watching the giant ships come in and out. We had a game night around the table, we enjoyed many nearby restaurants. The vent on the clothes dryer broke and the management group had someone out within a hour of my husband's call. Some of the appliances and furnishings seem a little "tired" but the location more than makes up for it.

Great

This was perfect for our family and had everything we needed. Beautiful area close to everything and the beach was not crowded at all. There are lots of steps to condo and long walkway to beach but that was expected so we were prepared. Very family friendly and would visit again!

Family Vacation

This property was perfect for me and my family while we visited Tybee! The beach was a short walk and very convenient. It wasnt crowded which we loved. The listing was as posted and provided all the necessary amenities. It was very clean!

Awesome view; great place to stay!

Our family of four (two teenager) loved staying here. The view was wonderful. We saw dolphins and ships daily. The access to the beach was easy and convenient. Beach was quiet and not crowded (early June). The condo had everything we needed and the beds were really comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Condo with a great view

This condo was as advertised. It had beautiful oceanfront views. It was clean and had everything needed for a great stay. Be prepared for lots of stairs in and out, but that equals a great view. Visited the pool, where the staff was very friendly. Coming from the beach, the unit has great outdoor showers on the side to rinse off the sand.We were happy and enjoyed our stay.

Girls Trip

The location, beach access, and views from the balcony were perfect. Pool is fine, clean, and not crowded during our visit. Condo was updated, clean, and exactly as pictured with lots of comfortable seating and 2 sofa beds. Condo amenities had everything we needed. Only inconveniences were the oven only had one rack, shower curtains do stick to you, and we encountered a couple bugs! Overall, very minor things. Check in isn’t until 5:30+ and no parking or beach access until then so plan accordingly.

Wonderful place and location!

My family and I enjoyed our stay and would stay here again if the opportunity presents itself! The condo, views and balcony were great for our needs and the location on the north side was spectacular! Beach had easy access and was not busy...really got to enjoy ourselves. Location was still close to run anywhere on the island we wanted and we also made trips into historic Savanah almost daily with ease. Our young adults want to return in the future which says a lot!

Just right for our small family.

Thank you for letting us share your lovely condo. Our family of four found everything we needed here. We loved the beachy decor and the view from the balcony. The kids loved the pool. With our rented golf cart, the location was convenient to many amenities. We would happily stay again if we travel back to Tybee. Thank you!

Terrific Time on Tybee

Condo was clean and spacious, nice updates, appreciated the parking under the building. We appreciated being on the quieter side of Tybee during such a busy time on the island! Stairs gave us a workout when we arrived and left but not bad on a normal Basis. Downfall was having groceries and food delivered with the gated access (we had to run out and let them in). Something in dryer broke on second day there and the rental company did not get back to our call or email so being without the washer and dryer was a negative for us as a family of 4!

North side, quiet and on the dunes

We were very pleased with the quiet location. It was never specified but I assumed it was facing east, but I was actually facing north. This means that we could not view the sunrise without hitting the beach. There are three pools all in one area and they were clean. The condo was great overall . The dishes were still wet from the previous person(?) and therefor the cupboards smelt a bit damp. Everything else with the condo was great!

Sibling Getaway

We rented this condo as a sibling weekend getaway. We range from 48 to 55 in age and had an absolute blast. We rented a golf cart to get around on. The balcony view was amazing.

Beautiful view

Check in was quick and speedy, no hassles or delays. I would have liked a communication a day or so before arriving to review the check in process and what to do if arriving past 4-530, had to call the office ourselves to find out that process, but once we did the process was super easy. Pictures were represented as the property was, no surprises. Very clean, only reason we gave it a 4/5 was the screen door stuck and minor knicks here and there but easily could be a 5. Easy beach access, great chairs for the balcony to watch the ships come and go. Washer and dryer were very handy to have in room, even though you should plan on doing a few loads as the set is set for a very small load. We were very happy to be here for 6 days! Would come back for sure!

Peaceful

We loved staying here, it was peaceful. The condo was beautiful and clean. I do suggest putting in shower rods that curve. The shower curtain sticks to you when showering. The reason I am giving 4 stars is because there is no elevators which makes it hard especially when you have to carry all your belongings up all the stairs.

Wonderful beachfront condo

Our family of 4 rented this condo for a few days in July. The condo complex is at the north end of Tybee and is a wonderful section. Wide beaches and not very crowded. The condo looked newly renovated and they really made a wonderful use of all the spaces. Our only suggestion would be more kitchen utensils and pans. Other than that it was perfection. Would definitely rent again.
