This condo is located in a private gated community located on Tybee's quiet North Beach. The complex is beachfront with private access to the beach. There is a pool, kiddie pool and tennis courts in the condo complex.

This fully furnished condo has a bedroom, a living room, a bathroom and a nice balcony. The unit is on the first floor. The building is up on stilts about 6 feet, so there are some steps. However, there is a ramp in case you need that. The boardwalk from this community leads straight to the beach and is about one minute walk.
Enjoy the scenic views of the beautiful sunsets, pods of dolphins and pelicans, cargo ships entering the famous Savannah river.

Quick Summer Trip

We wanted a simple, quick beach stay and this was perfect for us. Easy parking, access to beach, short walk to food. Place was clean and had everything we needed for the beach including a nice outdoor patio for wet towels and clothes and enjoying fresh air. We look forward to coming back.

Excellent value and location

This was our first trip to Savanah and tybee. It was a last minute booking. Very clean and quiet. The beach is amazing and the pool and grounds are so clean. Only negative Kitchen was not well equipped with some basic essentials like a frying pan, making it hard to make breakfast. Overall a lovely place.

A great deal for the price!

My husband and I enjoyed this condo. It is right on the beach and the pool is super close as well. There was a small cleanliness issue but the owner was quick to respond and make plans to fix it. The hall outside a little smelly because of the nearness to the ocean and carpeted walkways, but that is no fault of the owner and not a deal breaker for us. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return!

Awesome location for weekend getaway

Best beach frontage on Tybee Island, short walk and far away from crowds on public beach. Condo was clean and cozy. Host was very responsive. If you're a coffee drinker, bring k-cups for the Keurig as there is no coffee maker. We checked in around 11pm and hallways are not very well lit, but overall had a great weekend and would definitely stay here again.

This was a nice place to stay. It was clean and convenient. Its in a quite and plesant neighborhood. The only thing l would have changed - is there is no oven and the bed was a little more firm than I like. But overall a clean and nice place to stay. I would recommend.

Owner is easy to contact and work with you.

We enjoyed our stay the 1st night. The 2nd night we came into roaches in the condo. Contacted the owner and he worked with us and got us moved to another condo. There is only a small toaster oven and the hidabed was brocken so my son had to sleep on the couch. Make sure you take beach chairs there are none. The second condo was better than the 1st other than the bed is really hard. The pool was great!!

Condo not as advertised

The door handle mechanism on the sliding glass door is broken, falling out & doesn’t lock. I notified the owner immediately. He responded he would inform the HOA & it would not be repaired during our stay. This condo is on the first floor so anyone could enter the condo through the balcony. There were two boards in the condo used to block the door from opening. I found in looking back at reviews this has been an issue since at least 6/2024. The pics show two lamps in the living rm that are not in the condo. The condo is very dimly lit. The shower and shower curtain has mildew. The fan cover over the microwave is broken off. There are not as many dishes as shown in the photos. There are no beach chairs or pool noodles. The owner inquired if I wanted to extend my stay a couple more days, I declined. It’s is close to the beach and the pool looked clean. Walking distance to restaurants. I won’t stay in this condo again.
