Tybee Beach House & Private Pool

  • Brand New Construction! Our large heated Private Pool is great after a short walk to Tybee Beach. Enjoy the ground floor pool room with pool table, dining table, and family room or set up on the covered porch off the main family room and enjoy the ocean breezes! Nestled one lot back from the beach, this beach house has great ocean views! No expense spared in this great design for family fun! Please enjoy your stay at Tybee Island. We appreciate your business.
    $500 pet fee allows for up to 2 medium sized dogs with a combined weight limit of both dogs not to exceed 150 pounds. Any variance beyond these limits require approval by management and will be subject to additional fees which much be agreed upon and paid prior to check-in.

    Please note you will be charged $50 per guest for all guest above 12.

    Please include these details with your booking. We also offer to heat the pool for a service fee of $325.

    You will be charged a 6% cancellation fee of the total amount paid.

    We will respond with questions when necessary.
