Happy Valley is a peaceful haven and one of the best-kept secret landmarks in the area, but is only about a mile from Tywyn, with its sandy beaches and many facilities in town. Plus, the harbour village of Aberdyfi is just a 10-minute drive.

All around are open-plan gardens mature with shrubs, trees, and flower beds. There is additional, communal parking nearby
