"Unbearably loud Noise at 6.00am as staff memes were cutting trees directly outside our room. Other than that lovely place to stay but the noise was very inconvenient."

"We couldn't stay, despite the non-refundable booking. The central AC vents (as opposed to split units) were very dirty with accumulated dust visible. We had images of that AC spreading particles of dust and maybe mould throughout the room. Added to that, the room was very stuffy and had a strong and peculiar scent. We had images of getting ill after staying at that place. The smoke exhaust fan in the kitchen was practically falling off and had slanted to one side and seemed to be propped-up by the kitchen cupboard next to it. It was awful and reeked of poor maintenance. An old and tired place!"

"After several disappointments, some of which we just couldn't stay at, Luxury Apartments at the Gardens proved to be a very welcome breath of fresh air! The room was exactly as in the photo (even better) clean, freshened, and the AC was functioning perfectly amid the Accra heat! We loved this place instantly, from the very clean reception to the security to the easy access to the airport and malls! I don't want to sound like they paid me, but this place is d*mn good!"

"I booked this nice place for my husband and a few of his protocol for business in Accra. They absolutely loved it. The place was nice and clean, everything was working nicely. The check-in process was smooth. 5 stars!"

"I was disappointed that the pictures of the hotel and reviews did not reflect reality. The hotel is old tired, the reception is unwelcoming. Our delux room was substandard with old off white coloured linen and safety hazards such as a step down to the bathroom. My husband was shocked that I had booked and paid so much money for substandard hotel but I was going off pictures and reviews that were either false and misleading. This hotel is not good value for money and it will disappoint those who expect higher standards because the standard is very low. "

"Hotel is in a great location. Not far from the airport. So you will hear flights overheard. Lovely reception area. Check in was quick and straightforward. Special mention to Kekeli and Bismarck. Great breakfast choices. Staff were superb, so helpful and very pleasant. Room was clean. Very spacious and aircon worked very well. The Atrium area and bar is great. The pool area is small but a nice extra bonus. Will definitely return. "
