"Staff were welcoming from the time we checked in. The location was convenient and the hotel has plenty of amenities - from the basketball court to games to borrow to a pretty well-stocked breakfast - we were comfortable and had fun. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. "

"I didn't actually get to stay here because Hotels.com never conveyed my reservation to the hotel. After and hour and a half sitting in the lobby, I was finally re-directed to a different hotel. However, the front desk staff were absolutely supportive and sympathetic, so 5 stars for them. The place also looked great, although I only saw the lobby."

"We liked the location--close to the harbor, Liberty Station and Mission Bay. Parking was easily available close to our room and parking fee was reasonable ($10/day). Room was pretty basic but clean and had everything we needed. Property is very close to the airport, but we weren't bothered by the noise. They do provide earplugs, but we didn't need them; I think the A/C acts as white noise. My only complaint is that there wasn't a lot of table space--we brought in breakfast and had to eat it on the bed. All in all, I would definitely stay here again."

The rooms were so cute and cozy, the pool area was like being in a tropical oasis, they have a fully stocked bar along with some cute kids drinks too! The location of this hotel is right in between the marina and the bay so your views all around are spectacular. I can’t say enough great things about this place"

"My stay here was amazing the staff was nice and attentive, room was clean with an amazing view. Next time we will stay on the marina side although the bay view was peaceful and beautiful I believe it’s more restaurants to choose from. I definitely plan to stay here again!"

"We had a nice view of the harbor slips with too many boats to imagine. The room maids, the desk staff and the maintenance people were all excellent. Our bathroom was somewhat dated as the porcelain in the tube was worn. Plenty of hot water for showers."
