Très mauvaise expérience dans cette chambre d’hôtes, que nous avons quittée précipitamment en pleine nuit à cause du bruit permanent. Le chien des propriétaires a aboyé dès notre arrivée pendant 30min sans discontinuer (propriétaire absente) et à plusieurs reprises après notre retour du restaurant (propriétaire présente cette fois !!). Les bruits de voix des propriétaires, leur télévision au rez-de-chaussée (juste sous notre chambre et ça résonne), et l'absence totale d’insonorisation ont rendu notre nuit impossible, même avec des bouchons d’oreilles. Un autre client l’a également fait remarquer. À 23h, épuisés, nous avons fait nos valises pour dormir ailleurs (nous ne voulions pas passer une seconde nuit ici !!). Malgré notre volonté de trouver un compromis respectueux, la propriétaire a refusé toute discussion, a ignoré nos messages, et m’a même traitée de personne malhonnête dans sa seule réponse 😳 Nous avons donc payé un hébergements en double pour notre week-end 😢 Un vrai gâchis, tant humain que financier. Si le deuxième logement du palier avait été loué, le bruit aurait été encore pire : aucune intimité possible dans cette maison mal adaptée à l’accueil de voyageurs. Je note également une procédure d’accueil inexistante : pas de mail avant notre arrivée, il a fallu chercher les coordonnées téléphoniques dans la fiche face à une porte close. Je déconseille fortement cet établissement. Aucun professionnalisme, aucune écoute, et un séjour complètement ruiné.

Es war super sauber und schön eingerichtet, wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt! Es wäre schön, wenn man vorher bescheid bekommt, wie der Checkin ablaufen wird, bzw. wo der Schlüssel ist, dass es keine Verwirrung gibt. Sonst war es aber super:)

Logement au top!

Très beau logement, bien confortable et bien équipé, Graziella est a l'écoute. Petit déjeuner copieux. Un endroit que l'on peu que recommander, calme et bien situé.

A lovely place to have an overnight, really unique. We loved staying here, the standard of the accommodation exceeded all our expectations, it was cosy, warm, spacious and super clean.

Chambre Très spacieuse, très agréable, confortable, avec un petit espace extérieur. Les grandes baies vitrées sont très agréables… mais peu d’intimité si on ne tire pas les rideaux.

L’Alsace authentique dans un gîte parfait 👍

Le gîte est situé dans un charmant village au pied des montagnes donc il y a plein de ballades et excusions à faire. Le logement est dans une grande bâtisse moderne, un petit studio en étage avec de l’espace et la possibilité de prendre un verre ou un repas en terrasse devant la chambre. A noter que la chambre est bien équipé que la la salle d’eau est très jolie La chambre est bien décorée et une attention nous était faite avec une bouteille d’eau et une petite bouteille de vin d’Alsace. Nous avons signalé une arrivée tardive et cela a bien été pris en compte par les propriétaires. Je voulais finir en soulignant la propreté absolue des lieux et la vie sur un jardin magnifique. Idéal pour un séjour vacances
