With everything you need only minutes away, this fully furnished apartment with ocean views will be your home away from home. This property is just a 5-minute drive or short walk to Mollymook Golf Club and famous Mollymook Beach. It is also an easy walk to view the annual New Year's Eve and Easter fireworks at the harbour and pristine ocean views.

Open plan living includes plush lounges, TV with Netflix, a 6-seater dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and a coffee pod machine. WiFi is included, along with an electric fireplace to ensure you are remain cosy and snug on cooler evenings. You'll also find board games in the kitchen pantry to keep the family entertained for your stay.
The lounge area opens out onto the balcony which has a gas BBQ and outdoor dining setting and overlooks a lovely leafy reserve. Sit out in the fresh air and relax, and leave the sliding door open to allow the refreshing breeze in through the living area.

2024 Wonderful stay and Perfect Location Near Collers Beach - 3/5 Murramerang Mollymook. Was a spacious apartment, with essential amenities and so grateful we could bring our fur baby with us. Again a great stay and hope to be back one day.

The property is in a good location and easy walking into Ulladulla or to Mollymook beach for restaurants.
It's comfortable enough, if a bit dated. It did have a dog smell when we got there though (not particularly pleasant) and not as clean as I expect a place to be.
Would we stay again? Probably not.

This property although tidy and fairly clean (balcony windows smeary) is very dated (seems only new flooring and window shutters since early 1980’s)
For the amount charged per night relative to other properties, I can only assume it is a “pet premium”.
The lack of any basic starter kits eg tea bags, sugar or any basic cooking items (except salt and pepper) is not considered standard in the vacation rental environment.
Bed was comfy and it was relatively well located.
Would we stay again? No.
This a fantastic property, so well equipped and a great location.Within walking distance to the dog beach and a short drive to supermarkets.
Would love to visit again in the future.
