"I don't normally stay at airport centric hotels, but I have zero regrets for staying at the Barcelona Airport Hotel. I thought it was a modern and aesthetically pleasing venue. It's an oasis in the midst of an industrial area. The airport shuttle was very convenient and the multiple on-site restaurants provided lots of variety. The breakfast buffet was superb. "

The room's floors needed some cleaning, but otherwise clean and well stocked. Breakfast was okay. The location is amazing... Noisy neighbours in the courtyards but that's a bit to be expected, but better curtains and windows wouldn't be a bad idea... Overall was a bit underwhelmed... What's funny is, underwhelmed again as this was our second stay here (convenience sake) but won't be back ourselves. "

"When we checked in we were told to pay extra fees to upgrade to a room so that we could be eligible for breakfast. The next day when we went to breakfast, they didn't have our name on the list. We also had our dog with us, which I notified the hotel about several weeks before our arrival. The hotel did not tell us there was a no dog policy in the restaurant, and we were embarrassed by the staff when we went down for breakfast. They sent the restaurant general manager who tried to tell me it was a Nobu policy that dogs were not allowed in the restaurant. I've been to Nobu in Palo Alto, Los Angeles, and San Sebastian, several times, all of them, and this is not true. There were no amenities in our room - no welcome basket, wine, no bed for the dog, nada. I called the front desk and asked for a dog bed. They clearly did not anticipate us. We will not be staying at Nobu Barcelona again."
