Great location in downtown Ulm, great for shopping and dining, everything is in walking distance. The heated bathroom floor is very nice! They offer a buffet breakfast. We only missed having a coffee machine in the room. The staff is very friendly, I have stayed there before and recommend the Ricu hotel for a stay in Ulm.

Location is very good, directly central in the city. Bars, Restaurants directly in the area (even in the ground floor of the same building). Very friendly and quick reception. The only little thing is disliked is: when i entered the room, it was smelling smoke, obviously somebody was smoking in this room before. This is very inconvient for non-smokers and should be made sure by the hotel. Obviously only signs with 200EUR fees are not sufficient.

Trevligt hotell mitt i Ulm, nära till allt. Hjälpsam personal och bra frukost. Aningens dyr för utbudet på frukosten men en stabil grund för dagen. Rummet var mycket trevligt. Lite konstiga öppetider för receptionen. Ingen reception på morgonen tillexempel.

Dejligt hotel meget tæt på domkirken og rådhuset. Man skal parkere bilen i parkeringskælderen ved rådhuset men der er kort at gå til hotellet derfra.

Gutes Hotel und tolle Lage.

Highlight ist die Lage, sehr zentral. Zimmer waren schön und sauber, Bad ebenso in Ordnung. Frühstück war gut. Alles in allem sehr zufrieden und würde wieder kommen.

Angenehmes, geräumiges Zimmer, sauber, gemütlich, stabiles WLAN, gute Betten. Zimmerbezug war etwas vorzeitig möglich. Rezeption nur Nachmittags und Abends besetzt, Gepäckaufbewahrung bei Check-Out folglich nur unbeaufsichtigt bzw. gar nicht möglich. Zimmer heizen nur bei eingesteckter Zimmerkarte, Zimmer kann daher beim Check-In etwas kühl sein. Frühstück in unseren Augen überteuert, am Sonntagmorgen Wartezeit für freie Plätze, Service im Frühstücksraum schleppend, diverse Utensilien (Tassen, Kaffeelöffel, Gabel) fehlten und wurden nicht aufgefüllt!

Limpio, nuevo y céntrico.

Habitacion limpia y suficientemente grande. Buen baño. Cama muy comoda, asi como sus almohadas, que están a la venta. Desayuno bueno y variado. Localización perfecta, a escasos metros de la catedral (que no es) y la zona peatonal y comercial. Jay disponibilidad de parking a 200 metros y es público. Nos ha gustado mucho

Das Hotel liegt etwas versteckt in einer kleinen Gasse im Zentrum von Ulm. Das Parkhaus "Am Rathaus" ist fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war großzügig und komfortabel, die Betten bequem.

Unser Gepäck sollte aufbewahrt werden, weil wir nach dem Check out noch Zeit in Ulm verbringen wollten. Als wir das Gepäck im Hotel holen wollten, war die Rezeption leider unbesetzt. Nach längerem warten haben wir uns unseren Koffer dann selbst genommen. Der Koffer war aber leider nicht sicher abgestellt, und für alle Gäste zugänglich. in diesem Punkt könnte sich das Hotel noch verbessern. Aber sonst kann ich das Hotel gut weiterempfehlen, Zimmer und Bad waren sauber und absolut in Ordnung. Frühstück hatten wir keines.
