머큐어 앰버서더 완전짱입니다

깔끔하고 깨끗한 숙소였고 쀼가 너무 이쁜곳을 주셔서 함께 감상할수 있는 시원한 호캉스였어요 특별히 직원들도 친절하고 좋았는데 저녁뷔페가 금액에 비해 종류가 좀 적었다는 아쉬움과 오히려 오전 조식이 훨씬 만족스러웠어요 맛난것 도 많고 여튼 담에 꼭 다시 숙박하겠습니다 감사해요

看海放鬆的好選擇

優點： 1. 位在海灘正前方，徒步3～5分就可以到沙灘。 2. 房間的床墊很舒適，睡了一個好覺。3. 早餐選擇不多也不少，大致上都蠻好吃的。 缺點： 晚上七點多停車場沒有位置，等候位置的車輛也有點多，造成停車場堵塞，如果有管理人員做指揮的話會好一些。

호텔인가? 모텔인가?

바다뷰 말고는 호텔 자체만으로는 다시 방문할 의사가 없는 호텔입니다. 체크인이 느립니다. 전체적인 조명은 어두운 편입니다. 청결상태는 쏘쏘입니다만... 의자 뒤에 그 전 투숙객인지 모를 사람이 흘리고 간 가죽쟈켓이 있을 정도로 꼼꼼한 청소를 했다고는 보기 어려울 것 같습니다. 고체비누는 없고 액체 비누만 있습니다. 수건 중 일부는 쉰내가 났습니다. 엘리베이터가 객실 규모에 비해 협소합니다. 엑스트라 베드는 미리 연락을 해야하고 체크인시 요청하면 안해줍니다. 호텔과 모텔 사이의 느낌으로 최근 방문했던 다른 3성호텔보다 못합니다.

2-3개월 마다 출장으로 울산 옵니다. 울산출장엔 머큐어 엠배서더 와서 머물었는데, 지난 7월과 10월의 조식 상태가 너무 극명히 달라 실망스러웠습니다. 위치도 구석이고 솔직히.. 4성급 호텔의 조식 수준이.. 너무 너무 별로 였어요. 자주 왔었는데 다음부터는 시내의 다른 호텔로 가려고 합니다.

직원 응대가 불편한 부분이 있습니다. 미숙한 손님 응대 항상 아쉽고요 조식은 울산에 있는 호텔 중에서 제일 만족 스러워서 출장 갈때 마다 조식은 이용하려고 합니다. 비싼 가격이긴 합니다.
