As you step into The Loft, you'll discover tastefully appointed accommodation featuring three double bedrooms, including a master en-suite, and ample bathroom facilities. The living and dining area comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, creating a cozy space for relaxation and shared moments. Check-in is from 16:00 and Check-out is before 10:00.
There will be a £50 call-out fee if keys are locked inside the property and a £100 fee if keys are lost.
It is professionally cleaned and the linen/towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also supply individual toiletries for guests (shampoo, body wash, and soap), which usually last around two days.
The property is set up to allow remote access with easy self check-in meaning that no direct contact with anyone is needed.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
