The apartment suitable for couples is located on the ground floor of a family house with a private entrance. The accommodation is located in the tourist area of Umag preferred by tourists and offers everything needed for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Small pets are allowed with a supplement. The simply furnished apartment, equipped with everything needed for a relaxing holiday. It has a bedroom with a double bed, two bedside tables with night lamps and a wardrobe. Bed linen is provided (changed weekly). The living area features a dining table with 3 chairs, free Wi-Fi internet connection, air conditioning. The equipped kitchen is equipped with a cooker with two electric plates, a fume hood, kettle, Moka, microwave oven. The bathroom has a shower box, toilet, sink with mirror, and external window, two bath towels per person are provided.
The small terrace with table and 2 chairs at the entrance to the apartment. Free parking available on the property. For shared use there is a tavern in a nearby building equipped with a barbecue, table and chairs where you can spend the evenings with friends and an outdoor shower in the garden.

* Smoking is permitted on the terrace or outdoors, while smoking is not permitted indoors.

- to respect the neighbors and to behave calmly and discreetly, especially at night or when resting in the afternoon,
- for safety reasons, to turn off the air conditioning when I am not in the accommodation,
- to use the accommodation equipment with caution,
- to leave empty containers and to wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
- to declare to the owner any damage caused, that after an accurate assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure,
- to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure to arrange the delivery of the keys.

The beach is just a few minutes walk away, the supermarket is 500 m away, the restaurant is 200 m away, and the promenade is 600 m away.
Located in a prime location near the famous ATP tennis center, where the famous ATP Croatia Open Umag tennis tournament has been taking place for years. Near the house is the children's playground.
Only 400 m away is the Sol Stella Maris tourist village and the station of the tourist train that travels along the coast from Katoro to the center of Umag and vice versa.
In the center of Umag we recommend visiting the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, a walk along the famous Umag Dam, exploring the narrow and interesting alleys of the historic center of Umag, the new square embellished with a fountain, shopping in the shops in the center or visit the stalls and the playground on the waterfront for the joy of the children.
To buy a larger quantity of groceries, we recommend traveling a few kilometers by car to the larger and more convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine in Umag.
There are various opportunities for recreation in the Umag area: tennis courts, the 18-hole Golf Club Adriatic, horse riding centers
, sports centers for water sports enthusiasts where you can practice water skiing, diving, boat rental, an adrenaline park for children and a mini golf course in Jangalooz near the Sol Stella Maris tourist village, night clubs, casino, the possibility of various boat trips or by bus.
The area is full of renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food, bars. Those who want to explore Istria will discover caves, ruins, numerous churches, museums and impressive marinas.
For non-beach days or evenings, we recommend unforgettable trips to the hinterland. The picturesque artists' village Grožnjan has a beautiful terrace from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Mirna river valley. Motovun the typical medieval town located on a hill, known for the film festival, which has been held for years at the end of July. Livade, the small town known for the white truffle found in the nearby woods. For lovers of astronomy and wish to admire the sky and the stars, visit the Višnjan Astronomical Center 30 km from Umag by appointment. For cave enthusiasts, visit the small wonderful Baredine cave only 15 km from Umag. Don't miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest city in the world only 60 km from Umag. Also interesting are the cities on the coast such as Pula, Rovinj and Poreč, as well as the Brijuni national park which can also be visited with organized trips. There are organized various "Fish picnic" boat trips, with fish or meat picnics during which you will have the opportunity to visit Rovinj and Poreč or Novigrad. Many tourists are interested in the wonderful day trip to Venice by hydrofoil. For the joy of children, visit the Istralandia water park 20 km from Umag and the Funtana theme park "Dino park", where fun is guaranteed and makes the hearts of young and old beat faster. For gourmets, there are several options for tasting excellent Istrian wines, cheeses, olive oil, typical Istrian prosciutto and much more.
