In the area you can admire the oldest lighthouse in the Adriatic known as the Savudrija lighthouse. Along the coast there are several bars and restaurants by the sea where you can spend your summer evenings admiring the sea and the wonderful sunsets enjoying delicious wines or Mediterranean meals.
In the center of Umag to visit the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, a walk along the famous Umag Dam is recommended, to explore the narrow and interesting alleys of the old town, or visit the stalls and to the delight of children the playground on the waterfront. To buy a larger quantity of food it is better to walk a few kilometers to the largest and most convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine. For cave lovers to visit the Baredine cave. Don't miss the chance to visit Hum the smallest city in the world just 60 km from Umag.
