The staff were super helpful and the hotel is in good condition. It is an old hotel, but it is renovated and pleasant. The beds are comfortable, the room was spacious and clean. The only downside was the noise of the bathroom extractor fan, it was too loud and I was told that it was impossible to turn it down, even at night.

Some of staff was bilingual, and ready to assist us at all times during the day and night. The other staff such as security guards were attentive and also ready to assist with whatever was needed. The room very clean, the bed extremely comfortable. Breakfast very good and we ate dinner in the restaurant one night. It was delicious and the staff was also very kind and attentive. This hotel was very convenient to shopping, the subway and the bus station. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful 3 night stay here. It was soo quiet and peaceful. Every afternoon I would open the window and enjoy the sun and nice breeze. The bed was very comfortable and great hot shower. Warm Chilian hospitality-balked at welcoming us after all nighting into Santiago from Miami-but "rushed " our room ready within two hours of arrival. Great location-walking to everywhere important except one restaurant a must- La Mer -a cab ride away. Great rooms-super bathrooms-ice delivery a little slow but "it gets there !! I repeated my stay on the way home-they deserved it !
