"This was an excellent three day two night stay. Even though we made reservations several weeks in advance, upon arrival we were told all double beds were no longer available. Before I could say my dismay, we were accommodated with separate rooms at no additional cost. The rooms were extremely small but just right for one petit person. I highly recommend The ROW. Everything you might need was in a short walk."
"Great location, on the whole a good hotel. However the beds are small (you expect small rooms in New York!) and there are no tea/coffee facilities in the room. When we arrived, we had booked the two bed room as three of us were staying, but the beds were not big enough for two to share. So we upgraded to a suite and had two beds and a sofa bed - staff were helpful to arrange."
"Stayed in the king room with Times Square view, it was perfect. Huge comfortable bed, very clean and spacious. As two women it felt very secure and safe, with staff at all entrances and key card needed to access lift and extra lock on the bedroom door, which was something I was looking for."
"The front desk staff and ballet attendants was very friendly and helpful! The one thing I can say is the restaurants could have had more selections each day especially for breakfast the view was my favorite however needed more on the menu. This dish was Amazing can’t remember the name of it Ravioli with pumkin or sweet potatoes. Overall stay is a 9/10"
