My entire stay was great. Did experience issues with my room key. Even after the staff re-issued I continued have issues, which I had to continue re-inserting my key several times before it was recognized.
I was traveling across states and told the lady at the desk I needed a quiet room so I could sleep.
I was put in room 109, which I soon found out shares a wall with the elevator machine room. Terrible noise 24/7. When I went back to complain, and lady at the desk explained that there’s nothing she could do since she “isn’t the architect who designed the building.” I tried to explain that nobody should ever be asked to stay in that horrid room, but to no avail. Terrible night, terrible stay, terrible service, all for $120.
Staff were pleasant. Bed too soft and linens kept pulling off the corners. Bathroom floot tile cracked and felt unstable. Needs a remodel. Breakfast food was good.
Beds were outstanding - had a pool but did not use it - it looked in very good shape though- staff friendly - breakfast bar in morning typical - no issues - i will probably be back to Uniontown in the future and I will use this facility -
Small room, smelled and felt musky and damp, bathroom was dirty and falling apart, floors were dirty, bed was flat and uncomfortable.

We always stay here when coming to Uniontown. Proximity to friend in nursing home. Room was clean, air was on when we checked in. Housekeeping had not serviced our room by 3:30 in the afternoon so we told them to just leave it as is. We wanted to rest before going back out.
Great service from staff and breakfast was perfect. Some guests were running around on the third floor above us and kept banging door but other than that, this hotel was perfect for a one night trip.
Fairfield Inn was clean inside and outside. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was clean, nice and warm, continental breakfast was included. Great location, shopping near by and next to major routes/interstates. No laundry in the facility but located in shopping plaza next door. An hour and thirty minutes from Pittsburgh Zoo/Aquarium. Only spent 3 nights there but would definitely recommend and come back.
My reservation said check in was at 3pm. We arrived at 2pm to see if early check in was possible and we were told 2pm was too early and to come back at 3pm. We left and came back and a different manager was very stern with me and said that check in was at 4pm. It took several attempts to communicate with her that the earlier manager said 3pm would be okay. No one cared that my reservation also said 3pm. I was made to feel like a burden and not at all like a customer. I felt that three staff members were inept in that they didn't communicate with each other and when I asked questions they were either rude, dismissive or didn't know the answers and didn't try to find out. My questions were not difficult either. I asked the girl that checked me in if the check in was always 4 pm and she said she didn't know and didn't bother to ask! What on earth!!
The hotel staff was terrificly friendly and accommodating. The hotel was very clean and in good condition. One drawback is that the rooms are not well noise proofed but overall this is a great hotel.
We only spent the evening but the hotel met all of our expectations. Our room was clean and the bathroom was spacious. The hotel associates we interacted with were very pleasant. The breakfast bar offered many choices and I was able to find healthy options. When in the area, we will definitely use this hotel for our overnight accommodations.
