"The automatic door wasn't working, sign said due to extreme cold weather, its March and was only -5 and i travel alone with my daughter in a wheelchair, carrying our bags and pushing a wheelchair. Ordered roomservice for supper at 5:45 and got it at 7:40, super disappointed. Called twice and each time they said it was on it's way."

"It was a great experience, spent a small amount extra to try it out . Rooms were clean and quiet which made the stay comfortable. I’ve been to hotels with water parks and they’re loud and beds are uncomfortable and ac machines were so loud I couldn’t sleep. This was different in a better way"

"Parking was safe and easy. Felt comfortable walking my dog when needed. Staff were accommodating with our pet. Breakfast was delicious & room was clean! "

"Our room was excellent and it met everything that we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The room was very clean. The Wi-Fi was excellent and the room was very quiet. The pool was great, and the pool area was clean, and the towels were very clean as well The restaurant basically sucked at best. It took five minutes before anyone came to the front to see us at a table. The waitress for friendly, but the food sucked and definitely overpriced for the quality in which it was served. "

"The experience was disappointing. I booked a suite for our 40th anniversary and expected a sitting area with fireplace, leather couch and armchair as depicted. My wife especially wanted a pool. There was no mention anywhere during booking or at checkin that the room was no longer as advertised and the pool had been out of commission for scheduled upgrades. There was no indication in the pricing details that there is an additional $16.75 per night for parking. The staff did remove the parking fee when I complained and the manager did give a 20% discount for the room but being as advertised, but I felt that was a bit light considering the cost of a suite and the difference. Additionally: part of the sitting area is converted to a kitchenette with microwave and dishwasher - but no detergent, dishes, glasses or cutlery. There's no mat or closet when you come in for outerwear, there's no towel hooks or rods in the bathroom, the exhaust vents don't work in bathroom or kitchen (the kitchen bent cover isn't even in place), only one lamp in the sitting area so it's too dark to read or play games in the evening, cleaning staff didn't show up until 4:30 each day, no coffee or water in the lobby but there was trash, dirty cups and an empty water dispenser. The staff were pleasant and accommodating. The bedroom and bathroom were very nice. But this wasn't the experience I expected for a Hilton suite. "

"I had mixed feelings about my stay. Looks like the main level has really undergone major renovations (though a kitchen water tap was falling off and barely functioning, and the stove was not allowed to be used), but the basement level where my room was appeared to resemble a slum. Filthy rugs and walls, cracked lamp, freezing cold room, torn bedding, a garbage bin in the kitchen with a broken pedal, so you need to touch the dirtiest lid to toss your garbage…The smell of piss in the hallway and a woman who was wandering around the basement and stairs all night being very loud were the worst of experiences. At 5am, I came out of my room and asked her nicely to lower her levels, and heard something not very nice. It didn't feel safe, and no staff was on site between 10pm and 7am. The staff were very polite and helpful though. There were no breakfasts despite having been included in the description. With over minus 20C, it’d be also desirable to have an opportunity to plug in a vehicle. I hope for the renovations on the basement level, timely repairs and higher cleaning standards. "

"The day staff and security were amazing. They should be retraining the night staff. Especially one in particular who acts like a guest is just another nuisance off the street - I was floored by his attitude. Not to mention his blatant disregard for safety. Never again. "

"Stayed for a night. Room was nice and big but the hotel and rooms are run down and could use some paint and deep cleaning. Beds were comfy. Staff very friendly. Only issue we came across was the pool area. Very crowded (it was spring break) but staff had hard time controlling the kids. We moved from the waterslide park because of this to the small pool area only to be swarmed once again with kids that were kicked out of the waterslide park. They were throwing hackie sack balls around at high rate of speed and without regard if they hit someone. Not happy at that point as we could not enjoy playing with granddaughter in a safe place. Due to this issue I immediately canceled my return night stay later in the week and booked with another hotel. "
