"The breakfast was AMAZING!!!! I was a little thrown off with things looking outdated/worn out. I believe that was a part of the decor for the public spaces but not the private spaces. I didn’t get to enjoy the pool because I didn’t have time but people looked to be having a GREAT TIME the times I walked by."

"We stayed here while traveling to Tempe for a Jiu Jitsu competition with our teen competitors, coaches, and families. As a gym owner, I booked three rooms for our coaching staff, and overall the hotel was clean, comfortable, and a great fit for our group. The rooms were spacious, the bedding was high quality, and everything felt well maintained. We did have an issue with my room: there was no cold water, so the shower was dangerously hot and unusable. The manager immediately moved us to another room for the night. While it was not comparable to the room I had originally paid for, the way the team handled everything the next day truly made a difference. The manager was empathetic, listened to the issue, refunded my night’s stay, moved us into a room comparable to the one we originally booked, and even comped breakfast for the inconvenience. It was a completely different outcome than I expected, especially after having a very poor experience at another Marriott property on a previous trip where my concerns were ignored. This hotel did the right thing and genuinely took care of us. I am very grateful for the professionalism and customer service. In fact, I immediately booked another stay for September because I do not want to take chances staying elsewhere when we had such a positive experience here. Highly recommend."

"Was in Phoenix on business and decided to stay here rather than the assortment of Marriott branded hotels I usually stay at near the airport as it was closer to where I needed to be. The hotel is clean and well maintained and the staff was friendly and helpful. My room was comfortable, clean and well stocked (soaps, lotions, coffee). The included breakfast was pretty good, and it was nice having coffee available any time of day. It's very convenient next to the 101 and by a shopping and entertainment complex - so lots of eateries, a Target and gas station."
